Privacy policy
1. Controller
The data controller is the organiser of Heaven Ritual workshops. Contact: kontakt@heavenritual.pl. Full controller details will be added before the first workshop.
2. What we collect
From the form: first name, email, phone (optional), city, seat pool, your partner's first name and your message.
In your message or at the workshop you may share data about your health or intimate life (for example health conditions or boundaries). This is special category data (Art. 9 GDPR). We process it only with your explicit consent.
3. Why
To receive your sign up, send payment details, confirm your seat, run a safe workshop and keep the accounts.
4. Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (entering into and performing a contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (accounting duties) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent for special category data).
5. How long
Sign up data is kept for up to 12 months after the workshop, accounting data as long as the law requires. Data about health and intimate life is deleted no later than 30 days after the workshop, or sooner if you withdraw consent.
6. Who receives it
The lead expert running the workshop in your city, as far as needed to teach. Technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting and the sign up database) and Resend (email notifications). We never sell data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, move and object to the processing of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
8. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
